Rows are home goal groups and columns are away goal groups. The sample spans the Premier League, Bundesliga, LaLiga, Serie A, and Ligue 1.
Most common cells
Because goals are rare, the leading historical group is substantially more common than the least frequent one. Random assignment still treats every open board cell equally.
From kickoff to full time
The current live estimate uses minute, score, and this historical baseline. A play-by-play calibration phase will add score differential, stoppage time, and red-card state where data rights allow.
