Trust is a product feature
Play Final Digits is designed so the server, not one player's browser, owns the shared game state.
The backend rejects late claims and automatically locks eligible boards at cutoff.
Provider status and score evidence are stored as the game progresses.
A board settles only after the provider reports a final game status and matching teams.
Important events such as creation, lock, score capture, and settlement remain on the board.
Privacy without friction
Public boards can be discovered by anyone. Private boards stay out of discovery, use invite passcodes, and keep those passcodes out of server request URLs.
Private email
Your email is used for account identity and is not shown on the board.
Public display name
Players see the moderated name you choose, not your account email.
No payment custody
